About Local Groups
- Solo Parent Local Groups are launched in partnership with organizations that are committed to caring for single parents in their community. These sponsoring organizations, such as churches, military chaplaincies, or corporate partners, serve as advocates by providing the location, resources, and oversight needed to host a safe and sustainable group.
- Solo Parent offers two unique curriculums designed to facilitate local groups. Each equips both the organization and the group leader with training, structured meeting scripts and topic discussions, and ongoing support. (insert photos of both curriculums under)
- If your organization is interested in launching a local group, explore the pathways below to get started. Together, we can create consistent spaces where single parents can connect, grow, and thrive.

Help Solos Find Community!
Solo Parent groups aren’t started by individuals alone—they’re launched by dedicated Advocates who champion solo parents through an organization, church, military community, or similar group. Advocates serve as the bridge between Solo Parent and their local community, creating safe, supportive spaces where single parents can connect and thrive.
